Very bad services

I would never recommend this courier services to anyone I know. My Vodacom package was supposed to be delivered on Monday and today is Wednesday and I still have not received my package from Vodacom. When you call its either the agents are dropping the call on your, or they are telling that they will do something to try and speed up the process and they don't. This courier services should take into consideration that people are leaving town and working and cannot be waiting around the whole day for a package to arrive which was supposed to be delivered on Monday. VODACOM SHOULD REALLY CONSIDER CHANGING THEIR COURIER SERVICES.
