VERY BAD SERVICE FROM RAM RUSTENBURG HUB

I am not happy with Ram service, Rustenburg branch to be exact. We ordered a phone with Cell C on the 13th of Feb 2024 which was supposed to be a birthday present and I was told they will make sure it gets delivered by the 16th, we called Ram around 3pm to track the parcel and we were told it will be delivered before 5, the driver called confirming that he will be delivering my parcel, I had already knocked off by then I had to make a means to go back to work so that when he gets to my workplace/delivery address m there, we got there 16h55 and the guy told me he was still in Bapong he will be back soon before 7pm he is finishing up with his deliveries that side, we waited when it reached 8pm we then decided to check his whereabouts his phone was off 😭. We then went back and called Ram on the 17th and the lady told us the guy pinched and I had already knocked off which he **** and told me they will reschedule the delivery for monday(19th Feb). I called Ram earlier and they told me my parcel is already out for delivery at 8am, I then called the same guy around 4pm to check if he will be deli be able to deliver my parcel today he said he will call me as he is in Bapong, why would he pass by my workplace which is 500m away from the Hub and go to Bapong 🤷♀️ knowing he comes backs late from there, after the inconvenience he caused me on Friday wasn't it fair for him to start by me this morning since m not far from the Hub? I am very frustrated right now, it's 19h22 but the guy hasn't called.. Very bad service I experienced Feb 2024...i am very disappointed... I wish companies can pull out their contracts with Ram it is such a dissapointment 🚮
