Very bad service from RAM

So after another week has passed since my first complaint. Clicks didn't even reply on my complaint. After 2 weeks I've received a mail this morning telling me that the delivery is stil being held up at RAM. According to the mail I will be lucky if I receive my parcel by Saturday 21st of December. This has been going on for 3 weeks already. The day I ordered my parcel the system said it will be available for transit in 2 days time. Clicks did NOTHING at all to try and assist me. Same with RAM couriers, pathetic service 😡😡😡
