Very bad service from RAM drivers.

RAM - do you hire lazy drivers or do you pay them cents? I have ordered a few items from an online store, I received one on Monday. One of the drivers called me and told me that he is at the wrong Estate and he is not allowed to come to my area. He will hand my order to the correct person. Now when I check, it says wrong address, contact not home, contact not available. I am waiting for my parcel, my phone is always on and my address is correct. Stop playing games. Your service is very disappointing and this is not the first time.
