Very Bad service from RAM
VERY BAD SERVICE i bought from caribeantan a spraytan kit on the 27th Nov 2019 first package got hijack in cape town. They resend new package on the 2nd des since the 5th it arrive in Isando its been sending and delivered at RAm jhb and back to Isando since then, ive been calling customer service each day and promisses for delivery been made, they sent emails threw to warehouse and nothing been done. There is no cummunication between staff. They can really learn how to upgrade their service from the courier guy. I will never use them ever again. I've got clients waiting for a service to be provided and i cant do it. What are RAM going to do about this.
