VERY BAD SERVICE

On the 15 i got a call from the agent telling me he is already at the gate of my house without any prior notification to deliver my parcel, i was not at home but at work and i told the agent, he said he will deliver the next morning, told him ill only be at home from 8am to 10pm, following morning 16/03/2022 at around 11:30 i got a call from a different rams agent this time telling me he is outside my complex to deliver, i was in a google meet session with my HR for training and i told him to give me 5mins ill come out, to my surprise he was not at the gate and when i phone him he told me he left and he will call me later. Up until today 17/03/2022 no one called me, im very irate,
