Very Bad Service

I have ordered something and the company I have ordered the item from are using RAM Couriers. I received a SMS to say my parcel is out for delivery and that it would happen between 8am and 5pm. They let me know they couldn't deliver my parcel because there were no one at home, but my dad was at home the whole day and he said that there wasn't a RAM bakkie outside the house. So they **** about trying to deliver the parcel yesterday. Today they were there and couldn't wait two minutes for my husband to get back home to receive my parcel. They don't phone me to say that they are there. This is the worst service I have ever had with a courier company. I wouldn't recommend this courier company to anybody.
