Very Bad service

Delivery of my RAIN sim card was scheduled for 17th April 2020. I was notified that my package was out on delivery. No delivery made the entire day and no answer from the call centre. I get an email saying delivery unsuccessful no ID copy. Today 20th April 2020 i receive a message that my delivery is out and due for the same day. Driver calls at 3pm confirming if i am home. Its now 5pm and still no delivery. Driver is not answering my calls and neither is the call centre. Pathetic service
