Very bad service

So far Ram courier is still topping the charts on worst courier services,it started when Vodacom give them my fone to deliver they called me for confirming the address I was hoping they will deliver , I called Ram telling them am going out of the province they said is fine they will deliver to the address am going in Limpopo I kept calling them to deliver as I was not staying there they call again confirming address and landmark I was surprised when their driver call me saying he doesn't find my address I asked him where are you he said am in Mpumalanga Ermelo I just gave up ,I called Ram telling them that am going back to Joburg and next day the driver finally arrived I was happy that finally am getting my fone he asked for my I'd gave him after scanning it he said sorry sir at the Ram office they forgot to give me your paperwork to sign I have to go with the fine .I was so angry ,,, after 30 mins lady call from Ram courier telling me I didn't have the right documents I was speechless,then they returned fone to Vodacom ,then you complain to Vodacom they don't even respond to you surely they are in cohorts , they protect the worst courier because they are benefiting somehow ,,the service we get
