Very bad service

<p>My husband upgraded on a cell phone and Vodacom despatched the package to Ram hand to hand couriers, the parcel was suppose to be delivered last week and Tuesday the 16th of May 2017. To date the parcell has still not arrived, after having the address completely wrong 3 times and confirming to Vodacom and Ram Couriers our correct addres and contact details more than 6 times during this period, calling them again yesterday 23 May 2017 they had the address completely WRONG ONCE again. after I lost my patience with with a woman at (Palesa), she called my husband late yesterday afternoon assuring him that she is sorting the problem out and will contact him at 9 this morning confirming that she will make sure the parcel is delivered today 24/5/2017, up to now, NO phone call, an NO parcel yet. My husband is self employed and had to now for the last 7 days ensure that he is home when they arrive for delivery. Running your own business and loosing 7 days work can be very costly and the worst of it all is that his cell number was supp**** to the drivers which we feel could have contacted him when they could not find that address on the delivery slip, but not 1 call in 7 days. This must be the poorest of poor servise we have experienced from any company EVER!!!</p>
