Very Bad service

So RAM denied me permission to collect my own order which they want to keep with them over the weekend. The reason why I want to collect my order is because RAM has in the past (on 5 different occasions) made me wait up to 2 weeks after the shipment has been passed on to them DHL. No calls. No notifications. They just keep orders at their offices for however long they want. RAM's service is appalling and I really wish that the sender had used Aramex because they deliver to my door with no problems. RAM claims that Khayelitsha is a "high risk area" even though I have never heard of a courier vehicle being ****** here. I just want my order and I do not understand why I am being denied permission to collect it if the order is mine and I have my ID with me. On top of that one of the customer service assistants dropped my call.
