Very Bad Service

Received notification that my Teljoy parcel will be delivered yesterday. I was at work so asked that the driver just phone me and notify me when he is close to my area so I can make arrangements to go home. Received a sms saying that my delivery was unsuccesfull and delivery will take place on Monday. I phoned them and told them I will be home after 2 so they arranged for another delivery. Waited the whole day no one came. I then received a sms that they will deliver today, so I phoned them and my parcel has not been send. They are waiting for teljoy to approve a chnage of addrress to deliver at my work on monday. I don't want to receive the parcel at work. I wanted it today at the latest to be able to give my son something on his b-day. I am very upset that incompitend people can make a special day so miserable!!! Ref no TEL11871
