Very bad service

Very poor services, placed an order on the 25th November, i tracked my order it said delivery failed I did not get any messages nor a call to inform me that the driver was on his way so I called Ram couriers to ask for the driver's number and I was told it's against the company's policy to give the driver's contacts.My order canceled today and sent back to the warehouse I lost out because I had bought those items on black friday, so not happy with this service
