Very bad experience

Horrible, no service at all! No way to get in touch with anybody. Been waiting for medicine since they collected the parcel from Dischem on Wednesday. Still don’t have it. And if you send an email to the help email address because they also don’t answer the helpline, a ticket gets logged without an outcome
