very bad disgusting service

I would not even give these people one star. I ordered and upgraded cell phone for my husband online and have been waiting for delivery since Thursday 7 June 2018. First apparently the driver did not know that the name of the company was Furniture Perfection but I know him and he has delivered to number 6 Pine Industrial Park, Pineside Road, New Germany. Then they said they tried calling and left a voicemail, well if there was a voicemail I am either deaf or stupid or both. Then I called on Friday and the supervisor their guaranteed me I would get delivery before 3pm.Well Today is Monday 11 June and I am still waiting!!!!!
