Very bad customer service

Been waiting for 2 weeks for my delivery keep getting excuses that courier ran out of time😩😩

Still not delivered i guess im still a fool with your empty promises. I have sent countless emails and made a dozen calls i just don't want the package anymore just send it back and give me my refund. 2 weeks keeps on saying out for delivery and i get the same excuse everyday that the driver ran out of the time for whole 2 weeks. I really hate this company
