Very Bad Customer Service

On the 18th Sep I had my drivers Licence to receive my parcel not knowing they need ID specifically n could not sign for my parcel.Well thats not a problem ,Ram told me to call Vodacom to approve change of address for delivery bcs for the next 2 days I will be home n not at work.I did n called Vodacom immediately n Vodacom approved it n called me back to say I will receive my parcel the next day(19th Sep).The next day when I call Ram to find out what time they will come Im being told Vodacom didn't approve my home address n I called Vodacom again n they called Ram n called me back to say it was approved.I called Ram in the afternoon n was told it will be drliverd on the 20th Sep .Next day I call to find out what time they will deliver,I get another story it was approved in the afternoon yesterday but I spoke to Vodacom n Ram in the morning a day bfr.Well I fought a loosing bettle between the 2 companies that day ,Ram was even telling me they are sendin an email to release the delivery n it didn't happen.Later that day I decided to call Ram and ask them to deliver on the 26th Sep I will be home again.26th Sep I received a call from Ram driver to ask me about my address n I gave him,unfortunately it doesn't appear on their maps n I can't receive my item until my adress is fixed or approved on their side.I called Ram n spoke to a nice lady for over 20mnts trying to fix that and she told me she did a screenshot of my house n will send it to release my parcel.I was happy finally everything is sorted,I got a miss call from Ram n I called them back,they took my number and said someone will call me back n I didn't get a call in 30mnts time I called them again n they said they will call me back wich they did n the lady was asking for my address again ,when I tell her the story about the screenshot she says there was no such thing done on their side.Well I gave up and canceled my order n called vodacom to cancell too bcz Ram doesn't wanna give my order.My address has been like that and I get my deliveries/posts n the very same Ram did deliver bfr at my address n today it's a problem.
