Very bad customer service
Dear Sir /Mada
I am Pinky Ngomane residing at 90 Orlando Komatipoort a village under Nkomazi Municipality not happy with your delivery lady yesterday at about 1625 she called and asked if my sister who i normally ask my parcel to be dropped off is available at work i said no she laughed and hung up on me fast foward i received and email to say delivery attempt failed whereas i was in the hoouse the whole day.
Kindly follow up on this matter im not happy with her service when i called back their number rang withouy being answered.
