Very bad Customer service

I ordered a SIM card from rain and RAM was supposed to deliver it. I expected them last Friday and gave them an address, knowing that I would be there the entire day. At the end of the day they didn't show up and called them to change the delivery address. The customer service rep changed my address and said it would be delivered on Monday. Monday came and went and they never showed up. On Tuesday morning I got an sms that my sim card would be delivered... at the wrong address. So I called them and after being kept on hold for 30 minutes they told me that the address needs to be changed and they would get back to me, which they never did. Later that day they arrived at the wrong address and gave me a call. I told them that I'm 10 minutes away and would meet them there(at the wrong address) but they left and never returned. Absolutely pathetic
