Very bad courier service without communication

I have a Bash order which ram couriers had to collect at my work place. I locked it on Tuesday night and received a sms that Bash will get in touch with me in 24 hours so I didn't take the package with me and informed Bash. I took the package with me on Thursday & when I logged in to see where the couriers are I saw they sad I was out of reached but the only called I got on Thursday 18 July was at 17.05 and I already left the office & I was driving and couldn't pick up. Then I informed the customer service at Bash I will only worked till 14.30 but I stayed their till 15h and I made arrangements with my colleague. This morning I saw that they said I was out of reach buy no one called me. You are terrible I never got any miss calls or calls from you accept the one on Thursday.
