Very Annoyed.

i had a delivery which was due to be delivered on the 23rd of April , when i called Vodacom they has notified me that the parcel has been dispatched to RAM warehouse. On Friday the 24th i then called RAM again and one of the consultants told me that the parcel would be delivered on Tuesday since Monday 27th was a holiday. When i called them yesterday i was told that i would get the parcel today. When i go online i see that the parcel is being returned back to Vodacom. Can i either get parcel delivered today or cancel contract. I am beyond annoyed.
