Verbally abused by drivers and no failed on promise on delivery

My experience is horrible and luckily I have a recorded call. Yesterday your drivers threatened, screamed at and swore at me, luckily i recorded the call. I then dealt with a manager and a consultant who asked me to send them the call as proof and promised I would get my phone today. Still have not received any notice of my delivery. Absolutely my worst servicing experience ever, and I will now go to social media.
