Utterly inept

Utterly inept. Was informed my package would be delivered by 17:00 at 08:00 in the morning. I work at a school so finished at 14:00... I waited until 16:00... Called the support number and was told after much delay it would take another 45 minutes... So in theory 16:45ish.... It didn't arrive then. I had asked for them to change the delivery address to my home address... But they said this wasn't possible due to "security reasons". I didn't get any phone calls or updates. I couldn't get through to the support center again no matter how many times I called or how long I waited for someone to pick up. I waited until 17:30 before finally going home.

I still haven't received my package. Ram are utterly inept. I can't imagine how this kind of pathetic service could possibly be legitimised. There are no excuses for being this bad at your job.

Companies need to stop using these idiots. I don't care if they're cheap... Ram are utterly useless with pathetic customer support and useless feedback. Any company that keeps using them shows how little they care for their customers.

I'm willing to update this review should my problems with thi be explained and appropriately addressed.
