UTTERLY DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!
I ordered an item from Vodacom Online that was supposed to have been delivered by RAM Couriers latest 27 February 2021, waybill no. E***4. When I tracked the delivery on their website on 27 February I saw the following entry:
24 February 2021 11:01 Outgoing Call - No Delivery Attempt - NEED STREET NAME AND NUMBER. Now surely, how does a courier company collect a parcel from a service provide without ensuring that they have a delivery address? My delivery address and cell number incidentally, reflected on the order confirmation that I received from Vodacom but RAM did not think it prudent to call me and after querying the delivery on the 27th they subsequently returned it to Vodacom!!!! What an absolute bunch of *****s!
As a private reply, please provide to us the tracking number for the parcel so that we can be able to view, as it is currently masked.
We would like to look into the matter an have it resolved you at the soonest possible time.
