Utterly disgusting and unprofessional RAM!!!!
Customer experience team is also pathetic, I'm still awaiting on a "next day delivery " service which still hasn't arrived , no matter who I call at Ram or how angry I get they just don't care , everyday it's a different excuse, promises are made everytime I phone with no outcome , spoke to Michelle from customer service and definitely the worst customer service that was possibly given , very rude and unprofessional out of the 6 supervisors I spoke to the last one is Lundi was on a 40min long call with the same promises and excuses , utterly disgusting and unprofessional from RAM , a service not to be recommended even with no other service available I'll rather deliver something myself , don't even ask for any form of communication because there are NONE!!!
