Utterly disgusted in this poor service!!!!!

They don't even deserve one star, I was forced to use the rating to proceed! The service is absolutely pathetic. I expected a delivery two days ago, which they informed me via SMS would be arriving.I sacrificed both days, confirmed my delivery address and telephone number at least 10 times telephonically of which agents assured me that the driver would come and deliver, at one point even told me to wait outside to let the drive in as he is 5 mins away. I really don't know if the agents working there are *********** or if the drivers are lying because they kept on saying they have attempted to deliver but no one was home and my telephone number is not working which is bull****! I would never recommend this awful company or service to anyone.
