Utterly disappointed in RAM hand to hand couriers

I've ordered a SIM from RAIN on the 27th of May and got an email and sms from RAM saying that my order will be delivered on the 29th I waited for them not knowing when the delivery time will be. Around 12 I got call from RAM saying that the driver was at "my house" and I was not home when the driver was in Lansdowne(apparently this is what showed up when the driver came to deliver my package) and I live in Parow and my address was clearly stated on the email I got from them I was then told my package will be delivered today and someone will contact me about an estimated time so far I've heard nothing from RAM and even called their called customer service and the lady on the other end told me that my package will be delivered tomorrow. Same lies all the time tomorrow tomorrow tomorrow. Stay away from RAM if you want a excellent service this company shouldn't call themselves a courier if they can't read an address properly
