Utter disregard for customer service from Ram couriers
I bought a cellphone through my bank. I told the agent from Ram couriers that contacted me for the delivery that I'm only available from 7:00 am to 15:00 pm. The guy arrived at my worked place on Monday the 23rd September at 15:41 pm and called me on my cellphone. I told him I informed their office I am not available after 15:00 am. He asked me when he can deliver my phone. I told him to deliver the phone on Wednesday 25th September and he agreed and now my order has been cancelled
