Uterly disgusting !!!!

Parcel was sent from PTA to JHB on 2 feb. On 4th and 5th I was told that because it was economy they had the right to take 72 hours to deliver excl day of collection. On the 5th I was told that the parcel will be delivered that day then on the 8th I was told same thing only to find out on the 9th that it was actually lost. Fortunately the sender was contacted by the receiver to be informed that the parcel was delivered in UPINGTON. Ram then told me that it will now be delivered on 11th. 4 days from Upington to JHB and it was RAM'S fault!!!! Surely then RAM should make a plan and do express delivery as they are to blame for delay??????
