useless way of communicating
Ram is working on my nerves i was waiting for my delivery yesterday and didnt go to the office but received a number that said we are unable to deliver without a reason on today i didnt go again only to receive the same email again which is dumb how about we are unable to get hold of you due to your number. I called them and was told about the number issue which i address while we still have time.i tried to talk to an agent only to get we are unable to connect you to an agent i called by 11 so that i can be added to their delievr before its late. there is no way im not going to the office again tomorrow for this nonsese

09 Jul 2025, 09:32i called again right now and i was told my parcel is not dispatch its still at the warehouse, what type of a mickey mouse business is this one am i supposed to take day 4 tomorrow for this useless company and i have to call all the time no one updates me at all i think the public needs to know about all this nonsense nd cancel RAM
