USELESS UNRELIABLE SERVICE FROM RAM

Ram Couriers is the most useless unreliable service ever. Vodacom sent me an sms last Tuesday the 30/11/2021. I was told that I would receive my parcel with Ram within the next 72 hours. They never found my work address in the JHB CBD. I called them on Friday to tell them to please deliver on Monday. They sent me an SMS twice to say they will deliver. Today is the 8/12/2021. I found out that my parcel has been returned to Vodacom. If they were lost they should have called on my work number and I could have directed them. All the other courier companies find the address easily.
