Useless un-informed drivers

Totally unhappy with this company. I stayed in all day Friday as they rang me specifically to say their driver would be with me that day. Of course no-one arrived and no apology received. Today (Monday) I get a call from the driver to say he is a few minutes away and am home - luckily I was. then I have to deal with his female assistant that vbarely seems awake and was huffing and puffing like she was being inconvenienced.the final act in this farce was that the driver "REJECTED" my South African driving licence as, sic, it did not have a South African ID number on it and demanded my passport. I have had my ID number since March 1985 and its never been rejected before! I told him to get lost and tell Vodacom to stick their parcel .... you can guess the rest!! What a cheek! So they have no delivery and I have no parcel. they are totally useless.

Good day Ram valued Customer, unfortunately due to Vodacom's specific instruction, we as the couriers are not permitted to hand over any parcels to clients that do not have a South African ID or Passport, unless we have received written permission from Vodacom to hand over to you.You will have to inquire from Vodacom the solution moving forward, you basically need request authorization which needs to be sent to us via email. You are as bad as your driver. READ my complaint! I had my drivers licence - your driver said it was not a valid ID number! So you have just made me more unhappy. Well done - incompetence compounded!
