Useless service, If you can call it service...

Wish I could give a 0 as that is what their service is worth. Was expecting a parcel yesterday. At 14:30 it was still not delivered and I leave my workplace at 15:30. I called they said they will get into contact with courier and call me back in 10min. I waited 35min for a call back. Then got told they will be there at 16:00. I said that is not possible as I won't be there so I would like to give my home address. The lady said wait I will call you back in 10minutes. Which never happened. I called at 15:50 when I reached my house just before I had a meeting with a client at 16:00. Was told they will let the courier call and arrange in 5min. It is the next day and I am still waiting for a call back. Absolutsly terrible service! Now I see the travking says delivery was attempted and failed. Yes because of useless service. Want to cancel my purchase and never buy from a company that uses RAM ever again!
