Useless Service from RAM

RAM - The most shocking and useless service I have ever received from a Courier company. Since I got my email notification on the 27th May to date 13th June I am still waiting on my parcel. Calling them is just as futile as their website. After numerous calls the only excuse to date is just that due to Covid there is a backlog. No communication and no feedback and no answers. USELESS!
