useless service

A delivery service that not exist, delivery guys that does not know how to treat customers, and lie to their superiors, They dont even have a complaints dept, very good otherwise it would be the only busy part of the company... I give the delivery guy a certified copy of my ID and he wants the original plus proof of residency, while the mail i received from them states that i must have my ID Document ready. Then i tell him if he cant take the proof i have he must the package back..He grabs it mumbles and goes. that was friday last week 13-09-2019. found out he updated his system with that cancelled, phoned them and all i get is SORRY SIR. will deliver on monday, NO Delivery, Will deliver on tuesday, STILL NO Delivery, Phone them, the package is in the hub..
