Useless Service and *********** Customer Care Consultants

The most horrible service ever. There's a reason Vodacom uses the Next Day Delivery Service. This customer care consultant was blatantly rude to even say I must call Vodacom and they should explain why the package hasn't been dispatched. They should have explain their policies to me. What a condescending guy that was by the Port Elizabeth branch, Multiple calls with different stories. Delivery was expect on Monday but called and one guy was sincere to say that delivery will be for Tuesday. Parcel was delayed. Parcel then arrived at the PE hub on Tuesday at 7PM, the consultant tells me it won't be dispatched, call Vodacom to find out why. What a horrible service while paid so much for an item.
