Useless Service
<p>Sms received 2 say delivery on its way- noticed incorrect address & called the it Call Centre 2 notify them (around 8:30) so I'm housebound waiting & U guessed it- they went 2 wrong address- call Centre NOT helpful, supervisor 2 call me back in 20 mintues- 2 hours later still waiting! Vodacom/Elite mobile they R losing U business because I am now cancelling the deal. RAM are useless & just don't care. Your staff need training - call me I am an experienced trainer. Call Centre was shocking!</p>
