<p>RAM has no control over their schedule or delivery. They make empty promises and have damage Vodacom's reputation as a service provider. </p>
Dont worry about responding to my issue. Just work smartly to solve your delivery issues instead of adding ********** feedback on your tracking information. Its amazing that the company is still being used if all the deliveries are being made at 16:00...lol

As per our tele conversation earlier please note that the driver has stated that this parcel will be delivered by 15H30 today, I am tracking this to ensure that this do happen and that your parcel is delivered without fail. I will keep you updated should anything arise that would implicate the delivery.
Again I do apologize for the inconvenience that was caused due to the none delivery to you yesterday
