Useless, rude and unprofessional

I received a call yesterday morning and was told my parcel will be delivered, I waited at work until 5pm waiting for these guys. Ram Witbank offices number just rings and no one answers. Called the contact centre twice today, all they say is they'll send a request to the Witbank Branch. Can Vodacom end this partnership with RAM Couriers, they are useless, rude and unprofessional. I want my parcel, I'm not going to wait for 3 weeks mina mxm MASEPA!!
