Useless RAM Useless

I waited the whole day for my parcel and even called the call centre at 16h18, and the agent spoke with the driver who was still in Noordhoek; she did say that my delivery would still be made today, and now I see the delivery is unsuccessful. This is unacceptable, as I made arrangements to be here, and that meant a loss of productive work for my clients.
