I have never seen such a totally useless company. They make government departments or public hospital look competent. Unless the entire RAM management have been Head hunted from the ANC or government departments to work at RAM. The call center agents promise you things they can not do. They said I would receive my good on the 22/01/2021, then they said 26th, then 27th today its the 28th yet still have a nerve to lie to me about getting my goods today (28/01/2021). Maybe we should lobby the EFF to fight for our rights to receive our goods that are being paid for on time. I am starting a #RAMMustFall movement. This company is beyond ***********. I am very angry and SAD.
