Useless people *****

If you want peace of mind never ever use this courier ,they update nonsense on their website while you are holding on the line I ordered something from foschini they sent it via ram I called the whole day only to be **** to then later I was told the driver left he is not answering the same driver who never came to my office I work for FedEx courier he **** updated on their tracking that he was there and I wasn't there no one from ram came no ram couriers could be located on the camera they bu your phone when you call them they don't answer I even instructed clicks not to ever send my parcels via ram because the same stupid driver stayed with chronic medication for 2 weeks saying it's an 03 I also drove there today in Pretoria they advise there is no collection ,I will be telling the stores to use other couriers not Ram from call center till the last person you guys are useless,never ever use this useless courier rather collect from stores or else you will buy things twice they act like they are doing you a favor all the time from managers to call center agents they are useless AAAA***
