USELESS!! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY (all 3 times iv had the same excuse)

Pathetic company, used them more than 4 times this year and never once had a good experience. we have 24/7 security at where we stay with a guard at the gate. they say every time there is nobody home. i ordered an urgent delivery and they were supposed to have it delivered today i got the sms at 9am that it is out for delivery and they are attempting delivery. i have waited since then and nobody has came. i just called them as i need it urgently and their reply is that the courier has already came and i was not home. NEVER EVER THINK OF USING RAM rather take your business elsewhere. never had this type of issues with courierit or any other courier. they cant even admit that it is their fault and they will say you were not home tracking number: (ATTACHED IN PERSONAL INFO) they said they delivered at literally the moment i was on call with the agent asking call records available and screenshots of this
