Useless *****

This is ridiculous, i wasted most of my Friday waiting for the parcel. I had other commitments to complete. I was advised that they could not wait but would deliver early monday morning. Again i have wasted half the day and no delivery? What now do i have to wait till after 5 pm again. I think not, i will contact rain. I want a refund and this cancelled
