Useless, ***********, pathetic service.
Useless, ***********, pathetic service. I ordered a new laptop & contract from Vodacom and it was supposed to be delivered today(30/07/2021) to my house via Ram Couriers. On Wednesday(27/07/2021) Ram couriers arrived at my premises. My wife informed them that I am not at home and will only be here on Friday. They agreed to come and deliver it on Friday. I send them an email explaining the situation(All the telephone numbers are unreachable). I took one day's leave, waited the whole day without any delivery. When I phoned, I was informed that the parcel was not dispatched and they will only be able to deliver on Monday whereby I would once again be out of the country.
