Useless in every department

This is the second time in months where I have the same experience with such a useless courier service! they sent me a sms saying my parcel will be delivered today.i sacrifice my whole day waiting for it but no delivery came.At around 2pm i get a call from their call center saying delivery failed. They didn't even attempt to deliver because I waited the whole day. I had the exact same experience few months ago so this time you can go to hell!you are not welcome to my house and I will not deal with any company that uses you! I will rather pay extra somewhere else but still be treated with dignity!
