Useless drivers and call center
Waiting on parcel since 2/05/23. Driver couldnt make the effort to locate the property and by the time i got hold of him said he is already out and will deliver the next day. Next day came and went without delivery, I called the hub and they said it would be on the next days delivery. Same story, next day spoke to Nomsa and she gives me a generic "We have not received feedback from the hub" story. Said she will get back to me, never did.
