Useless delivery service

The level of poor service received from Ram call centre. I ordered something on Bash, i could see my package moving around, I then contacted CallCentre on Monday enquiring when i would receive my order. The person I spoke to confirmed my delivery would be received on Tuesday. Nothing came through, I phoned again on Thursday, told that my delivery would be received same day. This information was provided by Lebogang. I then again spoke to LeJan who confirmed delivery is only scheduled for Friday the 5th Dec. However the whatsapp line is useless. LeJan offered that I speak to their manager, please me on hold and hang up on my call. No call back, nothing. Not sure why my delivery is taking years to reach me when i stay in the metro and everytime I call them. It's lies after lies. I am sure I will receive a callback from your social media team after a month because none of you cares.
