Useless delivery company

Why Rain still use this company if a lot of people are complaining about it Service delivery their drivers a full of **** and customer center they are worse I've been waiting for my parcel for 2 weeks now their excuse is my address even though i called them everyday even emailed them the address i cancelled my order with rain becouse of them how long will they keep on doing this to customers
