Useless customer service

If I could give them no stars, I would. My package was out for delivery last week Friday. I called customer service 3 times to confirm if the package will be delivered by 5pm as stated, and to call me if they will not be on time, as I don't want to be sitting at office alone for nothing, because it was being delivered to a work address. the consultant reassured me twice that the package will be delivered on time and that they would call me if anything changed. I sat at work waiting for them until 17:45, all for the driver to cancel the delivery at 17:45. When I called customer service for 4th time, all they could say was "sorry". I had to waste my airtime phoning after them so they could lie to me over the phone and not even have the decency to call me back and let me know. I hope that I never receive a package from them again. Pathetic service.
